Cartridge Brewing

Located in the historic Peter’s Cartridge Company in Maineville, OH is an award wining brewery and restaurant - Cartridge Brewing. The founder reached out to me while they were renovating a portion of the building into the restaurant to help design some statement pieces for their main seating rooms.

We started with five unique epoxy river tables. A pair, and a trio. Both sets bookcased by matching concrete waterfall edges that tie them into the building.

As needs changed, we built four farm house tables with metal trestle bases for durability, stained white oak tops, and some special touches. The bread boards feature brass medallions featuring the original 12 gauge shot shell Peters Cartridge head stamp, and the tops have 12 gauge steel shot embedded in the top. Both as an homage to the history of the building and iconic tower on site where shot used to be made.

Beer Flights

But that’s not all. We also had the honor to build Cartridge’s flight boxes to serve their beer flights. They’re rough sawn walnut and feature spent 9mm casings as the pins, branded leather badges on side, and blackboard panels on the other side.. so the flight can be labeled for each beer being sampled.

Entry Benches

We also built a pair of benches that serve as storage lockers for the entry way that have the brewery’s slogan epoxied into the top, “Honoring the Past, Brewing the Future.”
